The best way to reach BrowserScan is by email. We are a small independent project, so please allow a little time for a reply — we aim to respond within a few business days.
Email us
Send your message to contact@browserscan.one. To help us reply quickly, please include as much relevant detail as you can.
What to include
- Reporting a bug or wrong result? Tell us which tool, which browser and version you are using, and what you expected versus what you saw.
- Suggesting a tool? Describe what it should measure and why it would be useful — we build a lot of our roadmap from reader requests.
- A privacy question? Our privacy policy answers the most common ones, but we are happy to clarify anything.
What we cannot help with
We build measurement tools, not personal support services. We cannot access, change or recover your accounts on other websites, and we cannot see or retrieve any data about your device — our tools run in your browser and we never receive their results. For anything about your internet connection or a specific third-party service, your provider or that service is the right place to ask.
Before you write
Many questions are already answered in the article beneath each tool and in our blog. If you are curious how a particular test works or what a result means, that is usually the fastest place to look.
